April Favourites

I don't understand where the year is going; we're almost half way already! But it does mean that I'm closer to my Walt Disney World trip, which is always a good thing. April has been a very busy month for me with work and life in general. I did find time to FINALLY book my wedding venue!!! I can't wait to throw myself into wedding planning, now that the big scary decision of which venue has been made.



I am really surprised that I have had time to try new products this month, but I have fallen in love with a few new products, so I though I'd share them with you.

Skinny Tan
This month the beautiful Rosie from Skinny Tan sent me their gradual tanner to try out. Gradual tanners are my favourite for the transition into spring and summer, as no one wants to be blinded by my lily-white legs when I break out the shorts. This is 100% honestly the best gradual tanner I've tried, and I've tried them all. The coverage is really nice giving an even colour, so simple to apply just like a normal moisturiser. It has a lovely coconut scent and DOSE NOT SMELL LIKE BISCUITS, we all know there is nothing worse than smelling you gradual tanner everywhere you go! If you are looking for a good gradual tanner transitioning into the spring and summer I'd really recommend you to give this one a go!

NYX Eyeshadow Combo
Last month NYX made its first appearance in my local Boots and I went a little crazy, but these two shadows have been my favourite look this month. I have been using the shades 'Showgirl' and 'Pixie'. The quality of the shadows really surprised me for the price of them, really pigmented and blendable. Michael Kors Brooklyn Bombay
You may have seen me treat myself to this beautiful bag from the York Designer Outlets. This is now my go to weekend bag so i don't have to carry around my big clumpy workbag, as I was finding it was giving me a bad back. The cross body style is much more wearable on a weekend, it's the perfect size fitting all my essentials and the natural cream colour goes with just about everything!

Jamie Jeans
I have been looking at these jeans for around two years, yeah I know crazy, but I final took the plunge and ordered them this month. Why did I wait so long? *face palm* These are by far the most comfortable jeans I have EVER owned! Really easy to dress up with heals and a blazer or simply through on with Converse and a comfy jumper.

Popsocket
As you know, and are probable sick of hearing about, I am going away soon and I want to take so many photos (selfies) while I'm there but I find it really difficult to not drop my phone and take the perfect selfies. So, long story short, I ordered a Popsocket and I love it! Holding my phone is much easier and my selfies are improving.

Sophie Kate
Appreciating really talented hard working Bloggers and YouTubers is important to me. Sophie Kate's blog is beautiful, her photography is some of the best I've seen and reading her blog just makes me simply smile. I am trying to start reading more and I have found my self gravitating to Sophie's blog when I get a spare five minutes, which lets be honest is not very often.
